Our Story

Our business was founded three years ago with a clear purpose: to make high-quality Targeted Light Therapy accessible to a much broader audience — including sports people and individuals living with chronic conditions where LED light therapy is clinically recommended.

As an Australian company, we recognised early that there is a large and growing segment of the population seeking natural, non-invasive, and affordable recovery and wellness solutions that can be used safely and effectively at home. Consumers are increasingly looking beyond pharmaceutical and invasive interventions, favouring evidence-based therapies that support long-term physical recovery, pain management, and overall wellbeing.

In response, we have invested heavily in Australian-led product development and innovation, creating advanced wearable Targeted Light Therapy solutions designed to empower people to take control of their own recovery. Our products support improved physical and mental health outcomes, help users return to an active lifestyle sooner, and provide a cost-effective alternative to ongoing clinical or therapy-based treatment.

After a successful launch into North America two years ago, we are now expanding across the APAC region. Over the next 12 months, we will launch across Australia, South East Asia, and selected Asian markets, targeting a large consumer base with increasing demand for trusted health, wellness, and recovery technologies.

Alongside this expansion, we continue to broaden our product pipeline. This includes the development of Targeted Light Therapy solutions for cosmetic surgery, skin treatment, and hair restoration applications, as well as specialised Natura sports recovery solutions across multiple sporting categories.

The Natura Plus Range

The Natura Plus range, including lymphatic vibration - is our core product line and includes four LED Light waves of therapy (470nm, 670nm, 830nm and 950nm) as well as Lymphatic Vibration.

This means we can help people to target and recover from a wide range of conditions including chronic pain and inflammation, post surgery rehabilitation and injury relief. Providing a safe, simple and cost effective solution to getting people back to health - from the comfort of home. The product in the range include Ankle, Knee, Lumbar/Hip, Neck, Shoulder, Elbow, Hand & Foot.There are a few key benefits of the range to highlight:

1. Four Waves of Targeted Relief:


Natura’s Targeted Light Therapy products include 4 waves of LED Light - providing a broader spectrum than most products available on the market. The 4 Natura LED Light waves include:

  • 470 nm (Blue Light Range): This primarily targets the epidermis (outer skin layer). This plays an important role in bacterial cleansing, especially post-surgery over for would recovery. It has a cleansing and calming effect on the skin and can reduce inflammation.

  • 670nm (Red Light Range): This range penetrates deeper into the dermis (skin’s middle layer) and stimulates collagen production, improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles. This enhances cellular energy (ATP) production by mitochondria, promoting tissue repair, wound healing, and skin rejuvenation. Helping reduce inflammation and oxidative stress, supporting overall skin health and recovery.

  • 830nm (Near Infra-Red Range): This penetrates even deeper into tissues, reaching muscles, joints, and bones (up to several centimeters). This stimulates mitochondrial activity and ATP production in deeper tissues, promoting muscle recovery, pain relief, and reduced inflammation. Supporting wound healing and regeneration of deeper tissues beyond the skin surface. Near-infrared light in this range is widely used for chronic pain, inflammation reduction, and improving circulation. 

  • 950nm (Near Infra-Red Range): This penetrates deepest with slightly different tissue absorption characteristics. This light range is used for enhanced blood flow and oxygenation due to its ability to stimulate nitric oxide release and vasodilation in deeper tissues. This supports systemic healing effects, including improved muscle performance and bone regeneration. •⁠  ⁠670nm (Red light): Stimulates collagen production & reduces inflammation - promoting better healing.

2. Added Lymphatic Vibration

The Natura Plus range of products includes Lymphatic Vibration - providing additional benefits for recovery. Lymphatic vibration is great for LED Light Therapy recovery because it actively stimulates the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body, enhancing lymphatic drainage, reducing swelling, and accelerating the removal of metabolic waste and toxins generated during tissue repair. 

Lymphatic vibration combined with LED Light Therapy is particularly well suited for recovery from injuries, post-surgery healing, chronic swelling (such as lymphedema), and inflammation-related conditions. This is because lymphatic vibration enhances lymphatic drainage and fluid movement, reducing swelling and promoting toxin removal, while LED therapy stimulates cellular repair, reduces inflammation, and improves blood and lymphatic vessel function through vasodilation and lymphangiogenesis.

3. Natura's Product Innovation & US FDA Approval


Finally it's worth noting that the Natura Plus range promotes natural healing processes without drugs or invasive procedures. And because Targeted Light Therapy is non-thermal and non-invasive, it does not damage tissues or cause discomfort.

Targeted Light Therapy also has no known significant side effects, making it suitable for repeated use during recovery or chronic pain management. It accelerates tissue repair, reduces inflammation, and relieves pain by increasing cellular energy (ATP), enhancing collagen production, and boosting blood circulation, making it effective for conditions like sports injuries, chronic pain, and skin concerns such as acne and aging.

Because Light Therapy is safe, UV-free, and suitable for all skin types, it provides a versatile and gentle solution that addresses a wide range of health and wellness needs - without the risks or side effects associated with medications or surgery. 

Natura has invested a significant amount in researching and developing a powerful, effective Natura product range for the global market. As part of that development we have received US FDA Approval - enabling us to sell our originally manufactured products in the US market for the last few years.

Using a Natura Plus Device

Please watch the above video for an overview on the basic of using your Natura Plus device. In addition below we have highlighted a few key elements:

Charging the Battery/Controller

  • Insert the USB-C cable into the wall charger that came with your Natura order and connect the controller/ battery into USB-C cable.
  • You will see a blinking orange light to show it’s charging. Once it is fully charged, the light will turn solid orange
  • Each full charge provides 3 full 15-minute sessions

Turning on Your Natura Device

  • Simply attach/snap the controller/ battery onto your wrap/garment. Then press the “LED” button. You will see the lights turn on and you should hear an audible “beep”.
  • When the 15-minute session is complete, the device will beep 3 times and then turn off by itself. At this time, you can remove the device.

Device Use Frequency & Managing Pain

  • We suggest one 15-minute session per day, 5 to 7 days per week, when dealing with discomfort/ pain.
  • If there is no discomfort/pain, you can use it for physical maintenance as often or as little as you deem appropriate. Always consult with your doctor before making any changes.
  • For more intense pain we suggest using it 2-3 times per day with at least 2 hours in between each session. Once your condition has improved, use the device on an as needed basis. Always consult with your doctor.
