Warranty & Disclaimer

Warranty:

Natura Light Recovery provides a warranty for the following products:

1. Natura Plus Device/Pad/Wrap: This product  provides a warranty to the original purchaser that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (invoice date).
2. Natura Plus Controller: This product  provides a warranty to the original purchaser that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (invoice date).

If Natura is satisfied that the product/s is/ are defective, then the purchaser may return the unit/s to Natura or the appointed distributor for repair or replacement with a new unit. All returns must first be authorized by Natura.

The liability under this limited product warranty does not extend to any misuse or abuse such as heating, cooling, freezing, tampering with or dismantling the Targeted Light Therapy Device, commercial use or normal wear and tear.

Any evidence of abuse or tampering with the Natura Plus Therapy Device will nullify this warranty.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover consumable items; Packing, USB Cables etc.
