How to Use a Natura Plus Device:

Please review the instructions below on how to use the product. Please also refer to the product user manual for more detailed instructions after you have purchased and received your product.

Parts List
Check that the parts are present. If something is missing, contact the vendor for a replacement. The key parts are as follows:

  • USB-C Cable
  • Power Supply
  • Controller
  • Treatment Pad/Device
  • Transparent Cover

Charging the Battery/Controller

  • Insert USB-C CABLE into CONTROLLER and POWER SUPPLY and plug into wall outlet.
  • ORANGE LED will flash when charging - then it will turn solid orange when charging is complete.
  • Remove USB-CABLE, the device is ready for operation.
  • Each full charge provides 3 full 15-minute sessions

Installing the Transparent Pad Cover

  • The Pad cover can be used to help keep your Natura Plus pad clean and protect it from dirt, blood and other fluids while in use.
  • Install PAD COVER onto the LED side of the TREATMENT PAD with the Velcro face down.

Operating Natura Plus

  • Connect the CONTROLLER to the TREATMENT PAD by aligning and connecting the MAGNETS.
  • Wrap the effected area on your body with the TREATMENT PAD with the LED side facing the skin.
  • Press the LED BUTTON to activate the therapy lighting.
  • Press the VIBE BUTTON to activate the vibration therapy.
  • Your Natura Plus device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes

Treatment Recommendations: This device can be used with clothing on - but only if you are wearing thin clothing. For optimal results, we recommend placing Treatment Pad directly on skin with the LEDs facing the skin.

For Pain and Discomfort we suggest one, 15-minute session per day, five to seven days per week, when dealing with discomfort and pain. If there is no discomfort or pain, you can use it for physical maintenance as often or as little as you deem appropriate. Always consult with your doctor before making any changes or have any issues or concerns
when using this device.

For intense Pain We suggest using it two to three times per day with at least two hours in between each session. Once your condition has improved, use the device on an as-needed basis.

  • Natura Plus incorporates a light-touch lymphatic vibration feature to optimize recovery. Vibration therapy causes mild involuntary muscle contractions, which act as pumps to push lymph fluid through the lymphatic vessels.

Guidelines for Use: To ensure safe and effective use of your Natura Plus device, please review the following guidelines. Always consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any new treatment.

LED light therapy with your Natura Plus device can generally be used immediately in most circumstances. However, if any of
the following apply, please consult with your physician first:

  • Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals should specifically avoid using the lumbar wrap over the abdominal/pelvic area. For other body parts, use with caution and professional medical guidance.
  • Cancer: If you have a history of cancer.
  • Epilepsy: If you have a history of epilepsy.
  • Photosensitivity: If you have a known sensitivity to light.

Gentle Vibration Therapy:

  • The mild vibration from your Natura Plus device is designed to promote skin-level vibration to support blood and lymphatic flow to help reduce swelling.
  • It is important to note that the stimulation generated is mild and intended to simply penetrate the skin surface to stimulate
    the lymphatic system.
  • It is NOT designed to provide deeper type vibration like TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) or EMS
    (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices.

Important Safety Information:

  • Do NOT use the vibration mode if you have a pacemaker, spinal stimulator, or any other implanted electronic
    medical device. ONLY use the LED therapy mode.
  • Never use vibration therapy directly over open wounds or fresh incisions. ONLY use the LED therapy mode during this period.
  • Use the gentle vibration only after receiving explicit clearance from your surgeon.
  • The timing is highly dependent on your specific surgical procedure, individual healing progress, and the stability
    of the surgical site.
  • Most individuals generally start at two weeks post-op, but this can vary for earlier or later starts so consult
    physician.

Care & Maintenance

Treatment Pad:

  • Keep Treatment Pad clean to ensure proper working order.
  • Do not fold or bend Treatment Pad - this may damage LED strips and void warranty.
  • Do not submerge in liquid, clean by wiping down with a very slightly-damp cloth.
  • Alcohol wipes can be used to clean the Natura device

Controller and Power Supply:

  • Wipe surfaces once a week with a damp cloth or antiseptic wipes.

Transparent Pad Cover:

  • Do not machine wash.
  • Wipe down with a damp cloth or alcohol wipes.
Warranty & Disclaimer

Warranty:

Natura Light Recovery provides a warranty for the following products:

  1. Natura Plus Device/Pad/Wrap: This product provides a warranty to the original purchaser that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (invoice date).
  2. Natura Plus Controller: This product provides a warranty to the original purchaser that this product will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (invoice date).
  • If Natura is satisfied that the product/s is/ are defective, then the purchaser may return the unit/s to Natura or the appointed distributor for repair or replacement with a new unit. All returns must first be authorized by Natura.
  • The liability under this limited product warranty does not extend to any misuse or abuse such as heating, cooling, freezing, tampering with or dismantling the Targeted Light Therapy Device, commercial use or normal wear and tear.
  • Any evidence of abuse or tampering with the PBM Therapy Device will nullify this warranty.

NOTE: This warranty does not cover consumable items; Packing, USB Cables etc.
